2. If your chosen connection for an online-booking is available, enter your travel data and submit your booking request to us. You have several different ways of booking, paying for and receiving your ticket:

a) Online-booking with ticket purchase on the bus or in a travel agency

If you book a ticket for international routes and wish to pay for the ticket on the bus or at a travel agency you will need to call the Reservation Center and receive a booking confirmation. For all travel within Germany no telephone booking confirmation is necessary, but you must present the printed booking confirmation (PDF) at the time of the purchase on the bus or at the travel agency.

b) Online-booking with COD (Cash on Delivery) payment upon receiving your tickets by mail. This option is only available to people with an address in Germany. The fee for postal delivery (COD) is 5 Euros. Since this takes at least 5 days, short-term bookings are not advisable.

c) Online booking by paying with a credit card, GiroPay® or PayPal® and

-receiving your tickets by mail.

- Pick up a purchased ticket on the bus
This option is only available on bus connections inside Germany. You receive the ticket on the bus when you show a printout of the booking confirmation (PDF) and your identity card or passport. In Hamburg and Berlin, the issue of tickets made on each Ticket counters.

- Online-ticket printout
Online-tickets (PDF) are not transferable and are only valid for the booked connection with an identity card or passport. Online-tickets cannot be refunded and are valid only for the booked date.

As soon as you have booked online, you will immediately receive your booking confirmation and your online-ticket as a PDF file which will be sent to the email address you supplied. This will also contain all your travel information.

3. If your selected destination is unavailable you will receive a PDF file showing available schedules and fares. In this case you should book your seat by calling the provided telephone number or through any affiliated BERLIN LINIEN BUS travel agency.

4. We would like to Inform you that the prices and travel terms that you find on this website and in the timetable publications of BERLIN LINIEN BUS are only valid if starting the journey and purchasing the ticket in Germany. If the trip does not start in Germany and/or the ticket is purchased abroad, the fares and conditions of the respective foreign business partners are applicable.
